My name is Mallory Rose Diekmann. I am 24 years old, my go-to font is Georgia, one of my favorite past-times is watching series finales of shows I’ve barely watched and I am the epitome of a “foodie.”
My niche is food, in any and every shape or form. I love to bake, cook, eat, drink and share it all with whoever I can. While I am a millennial attempting to own LA LA Land, I maintain heavy standards when it comes to food and drink. This may seem like an impossible and ironic combination, but I have been here for two and a half years, and I haven’t run out of money yet.
Food is the easiest, most beautiful and least invasive way to connect with others. When we share a meal, we instantly bond. My work as a recipe developer, food personality and private chef has allowed me to connect with people all over the world – remotely and in person. Each connection is unique and meaningful. As a private chef, I become part of my clients world. Caring for their nutrition and wellbeing is a responsibility I do not take lately. I create every meal specifically to them; their dietary preferences and restrictions, dishes that are nostalgic to them and even ingredients they are curious about.
